For many years, he has successfully provided a wide range of services, including comprehensive vehicle servicing, operation of vehicle maintenance and repair stations, tire fitting and seasonal maintenance, professional car wash services, organized parking and vehicle storage facilities, as well as leasing of owned commercial real estate assets such as warehouses, boxed premises, land plots, and other business facilities. Mr. Tatevosian’s professional background is grounded in organizational management and administration, having graduated from the Zaporizhzhia State Engineering Academy (2007–2015) with a qualification as a Specialist in Organizational Management and Administration. Since 2009, he has held senior leadership and representative roles in multiple enterprises, where he was responsible for full operational management, strategic development, representation before government authorities and financial institutions, and oversight of compliance and financial discipline.
His professional responsibilities have included managing large commercial territories exceeding three hectares within city limits, coordinating lease relations with more than fifteen tenant enterprises, controlling utility consumption and operational indicators, overseeing parking logistics, monitoring service quality in automotive facilities, and securing long-term contracts with corporate and individual clients. He has also managed auxiliary business units such as cafés, fuel stations, and vehicle sales areas, demonstrating a holistic understanding of mixed-use commercial infrastructure.
Within the Expert Committee of the National Quality Mark Award 2024, Mr. Tatevosian contributed his expertise to evaluation categories related to:
- integrated automotive service quality and operational reliability,
- service station management, safety, and customer experience standards,
